Mom peacefully passed away this morning in her sleep. I feel blessed and grateful but most of all relieved she passed in her sleep and is out of pain.
Mom made it to 101 and lived a VERY full life and to her credit she left behind quite a legacy.
She was born in Portland, Oregon and grew up in Seattle, before leaving to join the Navy at 19.
Thanks to all here over the years who had nice things to say about her.....it's always meant a lot to both of us.
