It has always been, to me, the eyes: Eyes are the window and she lit it up.
I also want to add just how happy your posts concerning you Mom and Dad were...as Speeder wrote, she had a remarkable run, one to be celebrated, appreciated as well, on her passing, as mourned...loss is hard but the journey was awesome.

My family all knew the train was on the track, the end was coming for both months in advance. The key to me is that, while they died a quarter of a century apart, they were both sentient to the final breadth and we all had time to say to them each how we felt...changes everything.
