I’ve been going to the gym 3 times a week for a long time doing physical therapy for my knees, cardio and weights.Lately, been hanging out with my niece. She played volleyball in college and was offered a track scholarship at Kansas. She ran the 400m like my sister and I in Highschool/l. I held the School record for 42 years.She’s into MMA and competed in CrossFit. No more going through the motions. It’s now 6 times/week and burning almost 400 calories in 30 minutes on the elliptical, abs, exercising with bands, weights, plus physical therapy for my knee. I’m OK Monday through Wednesday and tired as hell on Fridays.
Sometimes you need motivation.
