One could often see their nipple rings right through their scrubs, as well as the nipple through which they were mounted. Absolutely unprofessional in a clinic that saw mostly children (it was an asthma and allergy practice). She actually fired a few over this.

where is this clinic, especially now that your wife isn't there to keep things in check.
