The key to that paint code lies in the last 3 in the paint code. 2 would designate a basf or glasurit. I don’t know if the 3 is a Herbert’s product designation or not. If I recall correctly the last digit 1-4 designated the brand of paint used and the only one I can remember is 2 for BASF.
