You might just have to let them think they’re pulling the strings. They don’t want you to pull the strings. Play their game if they won’t play yours and then counter their price/walk if you don’t like it.
What is point of going back the next day to show them you were serious with some other dealers car sale is nothing to them.
If they won’t service a car bought elsewhere call the head office and complain.
