The quality and appearance is all excellent, typical of Rennline products. I really like the positive retention of the "hood" when fully open. I highly recommend these struts.
I really love these. In the first 8 years of ownership I replaced my hood and trunk struts several times and they never lasted very long. Two years ago I purchased the Rennline Mechanicals for front and rear. I have a heavier than usual tail on my old turbo and it used to slam shut if the wind was blowing at a car show, no more problems.
