Sorry for the late replay.
You are right there is no pre-wired loom for the heated windscreen from the factory. Following
this instructions it was very easy to built one myself.
I used my original 2-stage rear window defogger switch and changed the wiring a bit:
Stage 1 is now - windscreen + rear view mirrors
stage 2 is now - windscreen + rear window defogger + rear view mirrors
to see which stage the switch is set too I also changed the lightning. I glued together two small LED-light, wired them up and shove them into the original lamp socket:
then I printed a new cap and now it looks like this at daylight (from left to right: off - stage1 - stage2)
