id rather help people on a more personal level, solve people's problems directly. i know many people who struggle on a day to day basis with car repairs, rent, etc. when you take that stress away from people, they flourish.
thought about this a little bit more:

id buy up medical debt and forgive it.

ive considered doing this already as its incredibly cheap and incredibly helpful to people. maybe after the next promotion.

i also wouldnt retire, but i would reduce to 75% or 50% time. what is life without work?
