I've been using Dawn dish soap in a spray bottle for several years now. It's what a window tint guy recommended for cleaning my windows after having tint installed. I avoid putting alcohol in only because of the tint. Another thing that can be added is dishwasher Jet dry. It's supposed to make the spray streak free without hand drying. I've used the mixture on skid loaders before. Take your window game up a notch with some waffle towels or some ultra fine microfiber towels.
AFAIK, there's nothing inside a vehicle that a light mixture of Dawn and water can't clean safely.
