Well any number of reasons. If you are viewing them on a computer. The type of camera used to take the picture. Lighting.

And with older colors when paint manufacturers phased out lead toners in paint systems unless the color was reformulated to the new lead free toners, it would not be the same as before. And again when in states like California where solvent base is outlawed and waterborne is in use, if the formula was not readjusted again you get a different color.

And finally when folks reference a color by it's name instead of the code it could mean an entirely different color with the same name by another manufacturer.

The closest to original formulation for that color will be in Glasurit 22 Line (single stage). How you get it to look so deep is having a straight surface by blocking so that you have no waves, no variation, and then apply enough product to then color sand any texture out, flatten any urethane wave and finally buff. When you have a perfect surface that reflects true (like a mirror) and a product correctly sanded and buffed, it will look outstanding. It's a lot of work to do that though and most cars aren't finished to that level.
