I'm thinking that the resources assigned to the BRP should really be assigned to the towns that were badly damaged.
The article refers to the hit to tourism that this closure represents and I understand that tourism dollars matter but there's nothing for tourists to visit.
Maybe the BRP would be more critical for relief efforts?
