Thanks for posting wdfifteen- I've always loved Griot, and that looks like a good menu. FYI- The Stockfish (rehydrated salt cod) is a fantastic Haitian breakfast item. Also- the Russian salad is a Haitian take on Salat Olivier (a creamy mayo-based potato salad with peas).
