Correct.
And considering there is a range of bearings you can buy, some are made with extra clearance etc..
Like any build, it will be at the discretion of the machinist and the builder, their measuring equipment and how well they use these tools.
Others on this forum remind me that GT3 ran slightly larger clearance at times.
