It's pretty tough to not get emotional when one side is sending retarded teenagers into "battle" against men armed with machine guns. It also takes a pretty hard heart to say that the men defending against the "assault" were callous or abusive in any way. Stop and think objectively for a moment, then don't let your emotions go somewhere that your logic can't let you.
Lendaddy -- you're probably right, of course, I'll bet they have a pretty good list. By my reckoning, they'd be pulling down something like 400 terrorists a month. If we could nail even a percentage of that, people would eventually figure it out. Or perhaps more people would rally to the cause, and they'd multiply faster than we can take them down.

SingPilot -- it seems that you have been nearby for virtually every major terrorist incident in the last 10 years. Where were you on 9/11? Hmm?! What about the Beirut bombing? I urge you to turn yourself over to the authorities immediately!
No, seriously, you're totally right. We don't often realize it, but our military and our foreign policy have done a pretty good job of keeping this country livable.
