I totally agree with the idea of offering food and drinks! When I moved recently, I also gave my movers a case of water, and pizza for lunch—it seemed to go over really well. I tipped about $40 per person, but I like your idea of giving each mover their own tip instead of just handing it to the lead. Definitely something I'll do next time!
