A few years back, I was at an exotic pet show, and a guy was selliing these for $200 apiece.
To demonstrate their ability, he handed one to a prospective buyer and told her to back up five steps and hold the glider in her open hand. She was at least 12 ft away from the guy and he held his shirt pocket slightly open and whistled. That glider launched himself up and straight into the guys pocket without touching anything else.
It was incredible.
