I would look at it as a technical supplemental to the existing Porsche Manuals. Since the 505's were primarily cosmetic, except for the brake duct-mounted oil cooler, windshield/headlight washer and headlight mechanisms, it is a light read. It was not intended for the Sonderwunsch models, but for the later 505's, though I've used the information in the doc to check headlight adjustments. It could be used to differentiate the clones from the real deals.
