"Yea Joe, that makes perfect sense I'm sorry I even brought this up.
I think your emotions are more in control of your thoughts than you care to believe."
Actually, I'm trying to be as boringly unemotional as I can be about all these unbelievable situations going on around the world. Much easier to for me to try to understand them, otherwise I just make myself crazy angry.
I'm glad you brought this up. This is war going on in Gaza and Palestine and Jerusalem and everywhere in between. In war people do crap. The other guy's crap is no worse than your crap, except that it's happening to you.
If both sides keep focusing on the latest "outrage" perpetrated by the other it will never end.
The Palestinians do something unspeakable and the Isrealis take
PR advantage knowing that the peaceful people (meaning most of the rest of the world) will share in and react with outrage. Who cares which act is more unspeakable than the other? They will both be trumped with the next unspeakable act, anyway.
It seems absurd to focus on the "evil methods" employed by people when they kill each other. Isn't it bad enough that their killing each other - does the method really matter all that much?
