Wheel Stud question
Before I replace the lug bolts on my 986 with studs and nuts, I have a couple questions you may be able to help out with.
1) I will (or whatever instructions say) put the studs in at 25ftlbs with red or blue lock tight. Is that enough to keep them from backing out when the nut going on the stud might be 85-95ftlbs?
2) Any reason I shouldn’t just go all in and use the red lock tight?
3) would the ftlbs on the nut be the same as the lug bolt (OE) at 96 ftlbs?
