No air-cooled 911 ever came with a tilt column, and I'm not sure what car you'd start with to try to fit one, if it even fit. How do you want to move the wheel? There isn't any room to move the column up, and if you move it down the wheel is going to hit your legs pretty quickly. If you want the wheel higher, your easiest bet is an eccentric spacer behind a Momo or other aftermarket wheel. This spacer raises it I think an inch or so.
