They were, according to the video, given a heads-up that this particular building would be struck: information so accurate that this guy was able to get perfectly set up to get these shots. Then came what he referred to as a warning shot, and then another, until eight minutes later the missile arrived and did what missiles like this are designed to do.
And still their enemies continue to claim that Israel is indiscriminate in its targeting.
