Imagine if you or I knew that the military was going to strike a building with a bomb.
1 I would have NO IDEA how close I could be and still be "safe".
2 I would not be anywhere near the target. If I thought "I want to see that" I'd be on a hill miles away if that was an option.
Imagine the kind of life you would have to lead and experiences you would have to have had to know "I can be this close and I should be safe."
