You don't want to hear this but the first thing I would do is to cut out the wet spot, about 16" sq and see what's going on. There's no magic fix. Something is leaking. Like Dad911 said, if it stays wet, then its a supply line, if not, its the drain or a broken pan. Open up and see. Run water to see it drip. It can also be the corners of the shower too.
