Consider looking at FitCamX
They custom make OEM looking cameras for many cars. I have installed them in each of my Mercedes. Bluetooth connection, front and rear cameras available. Power taps into existing wiring. Installation for the front camera took 5 minutes. For the Mercedes the front facing only camera cost $200. Other cars are less, a VW ID4 cost $170.
