Yikes. May be time for a pro? We had a problem earlier this year with yellow jackets getting in our basement. I could see them coming/going from a seam in a window well and tried to treat it there but it didn't work. I didn't know where the nest was or where they were going. Had a guy come and treat the house. We found a few hundred dead ones in the basement for a few weeks after and then none. No problems since.
