This falls more under “What you had fixed/repaired…..”
After dropping our 2015 Chevy Volt off at the dealer for a warranty replacement of its main hybrid battery units January 17th, 2024, she finally came home the end of last week.

Now….. the question is “do we keep it or sell it?!?!?”
Because I had to buy another commuter car since it was gone for 10 months and I killed my 95 GMC K1500, electrical mystery failure [emoji2371] four months of thrashing it on the twisty Hwy-49 twice daily. Since I was banging my head against the wall with the flakey used vehicle market, I elected to buy a 2024 Honda Civic Sport(non-hybrid) and doing exactly what Ibtold myself I wasn’t going to do. I know I will loose my arse if I sell the Civic and the Volt has been long paid for. We just don’t need another vehicle in our fleet. BTW, for those who do have a 2024 Civic, there is a recall for a repair on the steering box. Parts n grease will be done by the dealer. Not sure if it also applies to the other models, which I expect would be the same part.
The GM Tec told me the hybrid battery replacement was a $19,000 bill for new batteries[emoji2955], which is absolutely ludicrous in my worthless opinion. Decisions, decisions, decisions……..[emoji849]
