Great question I have asked myself. I think multiple big chains interlocking all the bikes into a nasty snarl is a good start. Also, back the truck up to a wall so that the gate can't come down and there is maximum effort to steal. And, as above, perhaps wheeling into the hotel room is not a bad idea. I have only left my Dirtbike on the truck once. And that was at a private home in a pretty exclusive neighborhood. I don't even like to leave it unattended for 10 minutes, they just seem very attractive to the wrong sort of people.
