If you trust the previous owner and you know for sure that was rebuilt and in good order.
1. Take all 6 spark plugs.
2. Put a mix of brake fluid and power steering fluid (red) down the cylinders
3. Leave the mix for a few days if not a week.
4. Put a socket in the crank bolt and start rotating gently.
If the the engine was good to begin it should loosen
If there is something really locked it's time to take it apart
