Put a scope through the sparkplug hole to see what’s up in your cylinders.
Is there a chance a cylinder filled with fuel during an extended fuel pump run? Leaky injector or carb overflow. It can happen. In case this is suspected, definitely don’t try to turn the engine over. It can bend a connecting rod or damage a piston.
If it’s just light rust on cylinders, it’s worth trying Marvels, ATF, etc as suggested to see if you can loosen it up. Nothing to lose if the only other option is opening the motor up.
