Found a HiSense on sale at best buy which got me all I wanted and she's happy too as it came in under her '$200' budget, even with the stand I had to order from Amazon since the feet it came with wouldn't work with her placement on a tall chest of drawers.
It's a ROKU TV too so not a problem getting the shows she wants to watch either.
The picture isn't bad either.
