We buy or milk from a dairy farm directly (on the honor system! Take you're milk, leave cash or check in the box.
It's not pasteurized or homogenized. The state allows this and requires then to meet more stringent hygiene, etc... It lasts remarkably longer than you would expect and tastes much better than store bought milk. And the cows are grass fed and pasture raised.
