If I was changing wheels regularly, that might be helpful. I have a set of impact sockets I keep in the plastic case that they came in. I know just where they are, and only use them for the El Camino. My 911 has aluminum nuts so I never ever use an impact on them. I have a soft socket I bought in 1996. I use that to R&R the wheels and of course a torque wrench to tighten them up.
It is rare I find a bolt that needs an impact wrench.
