Comfort in cars did not seem to be a big factor then as much. Now with more padding and heated seats, travelling is more refined and comfortable.

The size of the XK E really hit home for me the other day when this one was parked next to an MGC and a big ol' Bentley. I knew they were small. Just never thoought of them as being almost 'MG small'.
(And that Bentley looks very refined and comfortable, ha ha!)
