they both will contract someone to build the engine for them.
none of these efforts are true factory efforts anymore.
the complication is the obvious company to built the GM power unit, is ilmore, who builds the chevy indy engines. however, ilmore is known as another name ... Mercedes benz powertrains ... and they make the merc f1 engines.
so i would assume GM will go to someone else. hopefully not mecachrome.
