Funny how one “individual “ can totally discount an information source……and feel they automatically have credibility based on their opinion.
Just because you disagree with what others say doesn’t mean it doesn’t have some validity.
Bubbles are real in any financial market and the concept isn’t at all confusing.
When things overheat they tend to cool. Basic economics.
I am not saying they are returning to some past level ( or bottoming out) but only that some softening is occurring. Peace!
