How many times have we been over this in the past decade or so?
I still enjoy grinding Etheopian beans in our cast iron grinder, dumping the result into our stainless steel double wall French press and holding back for about 5 minutes, or about the length of time it takes the Missus to shower.

When we are at a restaurant and the server asks if we would like cream and sugar, our usual answer is, "Not if the coffee is good. "
