My car sat for like 25 years and one of the things I’ve run into is the “smile” on the front bumper sort of flaps in the wind. Toward the middle, the front of it lifts up in the wind.
Now, I think the screws holding it in place are probably rusted to pieces, but I haven’t taken the bumper apart to confirm. But I don’t know if the issue is because the screws/mounting is bad or if the rubber piece has gotten floppy and needs replacement.
Can anyone tell from this?
