I'm so sorry for your loss. Just last night I (half jokingly) made sure that a friend would be the god parent to my mess of a project so that my wife wouldn't have to deal with it, but I have also seriously considered what options I have if I needed to make a big move or otherwise back out of my restoration project. This guy is a bit more convenient for me, but Tennessee probably isn't out of range. I spoke on the phone with him and I suspect that he would be able to take care of it and make you a reasonable deal.
