If it's not overfilled and not leaking from the breather plug, another way tranny fluid could get on TOP of the case is by flinging out through the clutch inspection opening up top. This would be indicative of an improperly installed mainshaft seal and would also be evident at the similar opening at the bottom of the case as well. Is your clutch getting wet?

My cluch seams to be fine, I can look in the inspection hole and the flywheel apperars to be dry. It really seams to be blowing out of the breather. Is there anything else on top of the tranny that this could be comming from? I did not think that there was that much pressure in a gearbox.
