A large number of the photos circulating aren't drones-there is certainly some hysteria, but there are actual drones involved as well.

Which all supports this being a legitimate government or law enforcement effort that isn’t being talked about. Considering we have had an open border for four years, some variety of terrori threat certainly wouldn’t be out of the ordinary. Radiation sniffers have been deployed on aircraft and helicopters for years, conducting a similar mission using drones isn’t that far fetched.
