Took a few pictures. It does look like there may be some bubbling in the smile itself, so maybe that’s part of the issue.

But the screws that hold it on the bumper are destroyed. Three of them down the middle don’t even have the smile attached anymore, and are just barely even there anymore.

My plan is to take off the bumper, remove all the hardware, see what needs replacing and what needs work, put new hardware in, and try this smile. If it doesn’t work, I’ll order a new one.
