My wife's Porsche is a 2015 Macan S we bought CPO from the dealership. We are the 2nd owners. The PO bought new at this dealer, maintained it there and it was in amazing shape. The only issue we've had is a PDK failure right before the warranty expired. I tried to talk her into a Cayenne, but she wouldn't even look. Too big she said. I find the back seat in the Macan a bit useless and the cargo carrying capacity lacking. But, it drives amazingly well and the build quality is outstanding. Still looks new when cleaned up. We're now approaching 90k total miles after 5 1/2 years. She loves it.
