Agree with all the Macan is a great choice. I have driven a 2016 base quite a bit, the turbo lag is real but once up and moving it gets down the road nicely. From my research I think the 4cyl has less "known" problems than the 6. The one I'm familiar with was very dependable. I took a 3 week road trip in a 2024 S earlier this year, very nice ride and quick! I find the back seats usable at 5-10", no issues getting in or out. I like that the back seats fold flat in the Macan. I was able to carry a 6' surf board in back.
