Food safety.

I take it seriously especially so I don’t make others sick.

I’m kinda stressing. You know how I feed my (now) 96 year old neighbor? Well, she has an announcement to make and she is doing a late lunch ( old people’s dinner is everyone else’s lunch. really) buffet style party to make it. She’s 96! When I bring her food, I typically will visit her first, then go into her kitchen to grab a plate or bowl to take home and fill up. She keeps all the vessels I used to bring over. Hell, I see them in her cupboards. I will search out the cleanest vessel, take it home, wash it, dry it and plate it up for her. Her dishes are not well washed! Stuck on food bits, stains, Bleech! The party will be 15 people. Not sure I can eat her cooking. Her food handlers card has surely expired. Haha. She leaves stuff on the counter at room temp.

I’m gonna not eat, or fake the heck out of it. I’ve warned my wife. And it’s on a work day! Monday! I have take time off!

Oh, that was cathartic to type out. I’m not OCD, not really. But come on!
