I'm running -6 Aeroquip for both the feed and return sides of my 3.0 930 engine (260HP). I think you would be fine with -6. Also, I've heard that if you're going to go larger on one run, it should be the return line, not the feed line. The feed line is at a higher pressure, so you definitely don't need -8 there.
