I've been around Porsches for far too many years for one lifetime. And I'm noticing an interesting trend: it looks like the G-Series cars are starting to trend more strongly. I remember the big trends with 356's followed by the Longhoods and now it looks like the G-Series cars for real.

Many know I run an online shop specializing in lighting (and a bit more) for air-cooled Porsches: 911's, 930's, 912's and 964's. I've been around - and participated in and with - the big trends with the 356's and the Longhoods and now it looks like it's the G-Series building. It's a generational thing. Also, it's gets tough to find cars to restore. There must be *a lot* of them out their given the 16 year run of the G's.

Anyone else think this is the case?
