Watching golf on TV is, to quote George Carlin, "As exciting as watching flies (you fill in the missing four letter word)".
I really just lost all interest in it, looking at it now as simply a game in which two balls are involved. One is 7,952 miles in diameter, the other less than an inch and a half in diameter. The object of the game is to hit the little one while not hitting the big one.
And to think I hit in the high to mid eighties.........Yeah, for 18 holes, you bunch of wiseguys!!!!!!!!
