I think you are on point with this observation, John. I own an F-Series, 1970 with more than a few modifications. The SCs and Carreras are going to bring more than the other Gs. I had to do extensive rust prevention and remediation on my F series. Not a big issue with the G series.
I need to check into your headlights as my H4s are barely getting the job done.
