I'd go -6 feed and -4 return. On my old drag car I ran -10 feed and -6 return, that setup was supposedly good for over 1000HP including a hard dragstrip launch. On a 911 the only time you'll see G's like those is during hard braking which means the pumps have to push against the negative G's of the car to reach the carbs but since you're never under full throttle during heavy braking it shouldn't matter. Have you considered aluminum tubing with AN fittings for the tunnel? It's way cheaper than running braided through the tunnel and is commonly used on a lot of race cars for fuel line. For -6 you'll need 3/8" and -4 is 1/4"
